From Halla to Baegdu
Date: August 27 - September 3, 2010
Place: Mt. Halla in Korea, Mt. Baegdu in China, Shenyang in China, Yanji in China

Korea remains the only divided country in the world. For the last 60 years, there has been antagonism and animosity between South and North Koreans due to ideological differences.
although they speak the same language and share the same historical and cultural heritages.
Yearning for reunification has cooled down and there is a significant lack of mutual understanding, which is keenly felt especially among the youth.
In order to teach the youth the importance of reunification, IPCR initiated a youth reunification pilgrimage program from Mt. Halla in the south to Mt Baegdu in the north that the young generations realize the urgent need for the One Free Korea.
