Sri Lanka, probably the most troubled area in Asia, has seen the loss of more than 80,000 innocent lives during the religion-tribal conflict that continued to last for 26 years. The Sri Lankan government and various international organizations have attempted to bring peace to the region, but the road to serene life is still arduous and far from sight.

Hand in had with Korea-Sri Lanka Welfare Foundation, IPCR built a Peace Education Center in Vavuniya, where the local people of different religions came together to learn about their neighbors' religions and languages, as well as computer and agriculture. In providing such educational opportunities for vocation and religious understanding and vocation, IPCR hopes that they will realize the value of living harmoniously together with each other, making their own living.

Proposed Construction Peroid: August to the 4th of December, 2010. Location: Sri Dalada Viharaya in Vavuniya, Sri Lanka
